Easy 60-Day Return Policy

For our customers in the United States, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Funsparks within 60 days of the ship date. 

Refunds & Credits

Once we receive your item(s), we will credit your account.
Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account.
Refund applies for the item(s). Shipping cost is not included in the refund.

In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase.

International Customers

We do not offer returns or refunds to customers living outside of the United States.
