Orders received on:

Sunday through Thursday ship next day
Friday and Saturday ship on Monday

We pack all products well so you receive exactly what you ordered. In very rare cases a product gets damaged in transit. In such a case please take an image and contact us.

You may cancel any pre-order, orders at any point and we will send you a FULL refund immediately.

Note: Our "Free Shipping - UPS Ground" Shipping method has a range of days you can expect to receive your order. However, if you are looking for a more precise estimate you can look at the shipping method called "UPS Ground". You can find this in the cart or checkout pages.
